A message from the festival organisers -

We think that everybody must realise by now that this fantastic annual event only comes about because of the dedication and hard work of a group of volunteers. The hours needed run into the thousands as unfortunately does the cost of staging the festival. We admit to a few sleepless nights caused by the financial risk, but somehow we always manage to get by due to the generosity of a whole host of organisations, businesses and individuals.

We are always really appreciative of the local businesses who choose to sponsor the event and we couldn't do without them.

The village Open Gardeners put a lot of hard work and thought into their gardens and add so much to the festival, aswell as raising vital funds for the event. Many village organisations take part , add so much and then on top of this, make generous donations towards the festival set up costs.

The festival shows what a great community spirit lies at the heart of Blisworth.
